What is the EMPOWERED DPA program?
The down payment assistance is in the form of a immediately forgivable grant, empowering borrowers to make their dream of homeownership a reality. This is a BIG DEAL! Get to the closing table with little to NO OUT OF POCKET COSTS AT CLOSING!
-Min Fico score 620
Homeownership Education: At least one Borrower must take either the Framework Homeownership course or any HUD approved Homebuyer Counseling Course
Applicant Must meet 1 of 3 options:
• First time home buyer,
• Equal to or less than 140% of medium household income limits,
• Must be current/retired employment or volunteered/non-paid member Non-occupant co-Borrower's are allowed.
Only the occupying Borrower must meet the eligibility requirements for the DPA. Follow FHA guides.

WHAT IS THE FREDDIE MAC BORROWSMART PROGRAM?
Pride Home Mortgage is proud to bring FM Borrower SMart to our loan product suite for qualified borrowers. The down payment assistance that provides up to $2,500 or income-qualified borrowers to use towards the down payment or closing costs required to finance a home.
Homeownership Education: Homebuyer counseling through homeownership preservation foundation is a requirement to participate in this program. There is a $99 Counseling fee that is paid by the borrower.

-Assistance to fund up to 100% of required cash for your down payment or closing costs
-Can be used in conjuction with gift money to meet minimum down payment and closing cost requirements
